Sandra Wilson is a CEO known for her diverse functional and industry experience.  She has held top roles in finance, marketing, operations, and general management in industries that span automotive, construction products, cooking equipment, leasing, fleet management and management consulting.

She spent over 13 years with ITW in finance, marketing, strategic planning and operating roles.  Sandra started several successful businesses for ITW and led several acquisition efforts.  After ITW, she went to a family-owned business in the ceilings industry and began a successful career that involved taking on the CEO role to turn around all of the businesses worldwide.  Next, she moved to a COO role for one of the largest family-owned businesses in Illinois and one of the largest fleet management companies in the U.S.

Currently, Sandra is the founder and CEO of Value Wise Partners, LLC where she creates value by helping teams achieve peak performance through business simplification, operational excellence, leadership development, and growth strategies.  She also serves on several corporate boards and does executive coaching.

She earned her B.A. in economics from Northwestern University and her M.B.A in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  She is married and has two boys, all of whom pursue careers in business.
